Delegates will not be able to access the congress meeting space without their badge. There is a USD 25.00 reprint fee for any lost or misplaced badges.

The official language of the ISLB 2025 Congress is English. All sessions will be conducted in English.
Lost Property
Please report any lost or unattended items immediately to the ISLB 2025 Registration Desk. Should you lose anything while at the ISLB 2025 Congress, please enquire at the Registration Desk where any recovered lost property will be held. At the end of the congress, all unclaimed lost and found items will be given to The Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at Seaworld.
Housing Cancellation & Refund Policy
For delegates of the ISLB 2025, a room block has been secured at the Congress venue, the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando at SeaWorld.
Cancellations received in writing at the 7th Annual Congress of Liquid Biopsy (ISLB 2025) Secretariat’s address on or before 29 September 2025 will be accepted. All delegates will be charged the equivalent to the full duration of their stay 30 prior to the congress start date.
The success of the ISLB 2025 depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official Congress hotel by booking through the official housing bureau. ISLB 2025 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotels or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for the Congress in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Congress at risk.
If you have any questions, please contact the Congress Secretariat at [email protected]
